Death Race, director Paul WS Anderson's take on the 1975 cult action film Death Race 2000 had just begun screening in theaters this weekend. While I haven't seen it, the reviews leave much to be desired and my hubby who's a fan of the original film is skeptical about watching the remake so I doubt that we'll watch it anytime soon.

We have t-shirts, jackets, buttons, and bumper stickers that pay homage to the 1975 film version, though.
