So the first episode of the new TV series 90210, remake of 90s teen drama Beverly Hills 90210, did not exactly get good press (read 9021-ewww in particular) but I would personally want to wait until the 4th or 5th episode to pass judgment on it. After all, I did occasionally enjoy watching Brenda, Kelly, Donna, Brandon and company back in the early 90s when I was about the same age as they were (eep, age reference alert).

It seems that Kristen Bell's popular TV series might be getting the big screen treatment. Entertainment Weekly is reporting that Veronica Mars creator Rob Thomas recently talked with series star Kristen Bell about a Veronica Mars movie.

"Kristen and I ran into each other, and we did discuss a Veronica movie," Thomas said. He also added that he has had, "a few conversations" with Veronica Mars executive producer Joel Silver about a possible movie.

Thomas also that the movie would be a "top priority" once his time is freed up from the two TV pilots he's overseeing, a remake of his 1998 series Cupid and an Americanized version of the New Zealand program, Outrageous Fortune, both of which he's doing for ABC.
