Death Race, director Paul WS Anderson's take on the 1975 cult action film Death Race 2000 had just begun screening in theaters this weekend. While I haven't seen it, the reviews leave much to be desired and my hubby who's a fan of the original film is skeptical about watching the remake so I doubt that we'll watch it anytime soon.

My husband and I share a love for musicals so you can bet that we've seen the global smash hit Mamma Mia! already. The movie received very mixed reviews but the fact that it did tremendously well at the box office despite sharing an opening date with The Dark Knight should speak volumes about what it has to offer - good, clean fun; the unexpected singing voices of Meryl, Pierce, Colin, and Amanda; beautiful Greece scenery; and of course the biggest star in the film - the fabulously campy 70s music of Swedish pop sensation Abba.

Which leads me to this week's t-shirt. Part of my growing up years were spent listening to Abba's music (fine, do the math) so it was only natural that I make a fun, retro Abba-inspired design.
